This project in the heart of picturesque Bath, just off the famous Royal Crescent required complete refurbishment. Once a very dilapidated retail unit with a damp issue in the basement and a large amount of historical damage from the second world war, the project needed extensive structural restoration of the walls and ceiling. The aim was to regenerate the property for a high end property broker, but retain all of the original features, fittings and character. The work was carried out over a 10 week period and took place over 2 floors. The project was finished in February 2013.
